We’re looking for a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our
skilled nursing facility’s rehabilitation department. If you’re passionate about

What You’ll Do
• Support residents recovering from orthopedic, neurological, post‑acute, and
long‑term conditions
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care
plans
• Document treatments accurately and efficiently with strong clinical support
• Help residents regain independence, safety, and confidence in daily activities
